These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, portals, and related online properties operated by ABM Audit FZ-LLC and its affiliated entities (collectively, "ABM Audit", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our digital properties, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our sites.

If you are entering into a separate engagement letter, statement of work, or master services agreement with ABM Audit, those documents govern the professional services relationship and prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict regarding services delivery, fees, and liability allocation.

Information published on this website is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. A formal engagement is established only through executed agreements and customary acceptance procedures.

ABM Audit provides assurance, certification, advisory, and related services subject to independence, scope, and quality requirements imposed by applicable regulators, accreditation bodies, and professional standards. Not all services are available in all jurisdictions.

You agree not to misuse our systems—including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with security or performance features, scraping in violation of robots.txt or rate limits, or uploading malware or unlawful content.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, and software—is owned by ABM Audit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print reasonable portions of materials for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating ABM Audit as a service provider, provided you do not remove proprietary notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABM Audit and its directors, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site and any content, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the site shall not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amounts you paid to us specifically for site-related services in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

For users accessing our services from the United Arab Emirates, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Dubai, UAE, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of our UAE-facing digital properties, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

For users accessing from the United States, New York law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
